What we offer
Our medical spa offers a full array of services for both face and body. We offer starter packages for our skin care lines and discounts on services when purchased in packages of 3 or more.
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves pricking the skin with tiny, sterilized needles. These small puncture wounds stimulate your body to produce collagen and elastin to heal your skin and help you look younger.
Microneedling has also been called collagen induction therapy. Microneedling can be performed with or without PRP (platelet rich plasma) to heal your skin. If you have an implant, breast or otherwise, you may need premedication prior to having this procedure. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Microdermabrasion is performed with a machine that uses gently abrasive sand to smooth and exfoliate the thicker uneven outer layer of skin. This treatment can be used in conjunction with traditional facials and is typically less expensive than Hydrafacial® but also can be more drying to skin. Many people who have regular microdermabrasion are transitioning to Hydrafacial® because of comfort and need for hydration.

Melissa Wintrow, LE
Melissa brings over five years of dedicated esthetics practice to our team.
Melissa is a licensed esthetician with an extensive background in advanced skincare treatments, spa management, and client-centered service. Melissa serves as Manager and Esthetician and provides a full range of services including microneedling, microdermabrasion, facials, brow tinting, and waxing.
Her clinical expertise includes microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, brow and lash tinting, body contour wraps, LED therapy, and HydraFacial treatments. Melissa gained early hands-on experience during her internship at Wisconsin Laser Center, where she trained on the Medlite laser and Vectus systems and assisted with patient care, technique, and post-treatment recovery. Her previous experience at local Medi spas further refined her thorough, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to clear, attentive communication with every client.

Your questions, answered
Typically, a series of microneedling sessions along with Hydrafacial® is the most aggressive way to tackle those concerns; however, this may not be the best approach for you. The stimulation of collagen production to improve skin elasticity is the goal of these treatments. While nothing will ever completely eliminate the fine lines and wrinkles, softening them and making them less visible can be accomplished with aggressive treatment. Use of medical grade skin care products will aid in reaching this goal. We can help you plan a regular skin care regimen if you are not already using a skin care line that will support the services that you need. Often, the addition or substitution of a product in your routine will help support your efforts to minimize the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. If you use a botulinum toxin (Botox®, Xeomin®, or Dysport®) on a regular basis, we can coordinate those treatments with your SPA services to give you the best results.
Services available to you often will depend on what type of retinol or Retin-A® you have been using and for how long. We recommend the discontinuation of these products for a period of time before you have certain services and it is best to call if you have a question before scheduling.
You can have some services the same day provided you have the SPA service first. It is not recommended that you have a SPA service on the same day as injections if you have injections first. If you have injections of neurotoxins, we recommend waiting 7 days after injections before having SPA services.

We offer microneedling and Hydrafacial® to address issues with acne scarring. Please schedule a skin care consultation and facial to discuss your concerns with our Licensed Aesthetician.
YES! We offer seasonal SPA Facials, multi service packages, and rewards programs through Neocutis®. Our referral program offers discounts on services which can be stacked for both you and the person that you referred. Please check our booking page often for discounts, vendor specials, and holiday promotions.
Yes, however, we recommend that you receive your SPA service first before having neurotoxin injections. Some services cannot be performed on the same day such as microneedling. Please call if you have any questions or would like to coordinate SPA and medical appointments.
