Allison joined our practice on January 12, 2026, bringing more than 15 years of nursing and advanced practice experience in surgical and orthopedic care to our Appleton, Wisconsin location.

Allison Stache is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in patient evaluation, surgical support, and post-operative care. Prior to joining Appleton Plastic Surgery Center, she spent over a decade with ThedaCare, caring for patients across multiple locations throughout Northeast Wisconsin, including Appleton, Neenah, Oshkosh, New London, and surrounding communities.

As an advanced practice provider, Allison managed an autonomous clinic in collaboration with physicians, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating comprehensive plans of care. Her background makes her a strong asset in supporting patients before and after plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Surgical and Post-Operative Expertise

Allison brings significant operating room and surgical first assist experience, including complex wound closures, sterile technique, and patient positioning. She is also skilled in post-operative management, patient education, and responding to on-call patient concerns—key components of safe and successful surgical outcomes.

She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in Adult-Gerontology and holds an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license in Wisconsin. She also maintains her Wisconsin RN license, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
